Suggested use
Mix 1 scoop (7 g) with 180 to 240 ml of water per serving immediately before consumption. Take 2-4 hours prior to exercise. Ensure to drink enough fluid before, during, and after exercise.

Stop use if hypersensitivity/allergy occurs. Store in a cool, dry place and keep out of direct sunlight. Do not use if inner seal is broken.
