At Caplet, we currently ship within Canada, USA, UK only. Please review our shipping options and timelines below before placing your order.
Shipping Area
• Domestic Shipping: Canada only
• We offer international shipping to the USA & UK .
Order Processing Time
• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Rates (Canada)
Standard Shipping (3–9 Business Days)
• FREE Shipping on orders $100 CAD and over
• $14.90 CAD — Orders weighing 0kg–2kg
• $21.90 CAD — Orders weighing 2kg–30kg
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order total and package weight.
Delivery Time
• Estimated delivery time is 3–9 business days after your order has shipped.
• Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or remote locations.
Order Tracking
• If tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped.
• If you do not receive tracking information within 48 hours of shipment, please contact us.
Incorrect Address Policy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.
• Caplet is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
• If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.
Lost or Delayed Packages
• Once an order is handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery delays are outside our control.
• If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, contact us and we will assist in opening a carrier investigation.
